Only a month left and I shall be free from a million deadlines, that I am currently buried under! The weather has been rather lovely this week, so I had to take a day out to relax and enjoy the sun. I think taking breaks in between is always a good idea to keep you going and to keep stress levels down. We should remind ourselves not to get so wrapped in work that we forget to enjoy the little things in life. :)

It's so important to take breaks when there's a lot going on. Quality breaks, that boosts our energy levels. I've found that being outside is what works for me, taking a walk or doing some gardening. I want my body to be tired, not my head.
